I attended one of the better run local fun fly's last weekend and just finished the album for the clubs involved. They allow the different planes 1/2 hour fly times alternation between the prop powered & jets so that anyone can get several turns in the air, with minimum wait times when your style of plane is up. The weather wasn't great but every so often a bit of blue sky appeared for short periods. One particular jet was doing low level passes at 360 KPH (or 220 MPH) and another at right around the 320 KPH (200 MPH) mark, and try as I did I couldn't get a crisp shot of either at full speed. The plane in the first photo was the one doing 320 KPH passes but he also did some nice low & slow passes too.

Nice captures. I took some a couple of weeks ago, know what you mean when those jets do the high speed passes, just can't move the camera fast enough :-)

Very nice. The snowbird looks very realistic,... if it only had a pilot.
