Thanks for posting those Scott; they bring back a lot of great memories. I have been to Alaska twice and in fact my Wife and I have flown on the Taquan Air Beaver (N67676) in your second shot.

Did you do any floatplane flying?

No was suppose to fly out to Katmai from Homer but the guy I was hooked up with there got stuck in Katmai the day before because of fog and we ran out of time. Wish I could have though.
That particular plane came right up beside the Ship and landed. I was surprised how close they were coming in to land in relation to the ship
