I'm new to the forum and will be getting my new (to me) 400D next week but in the mean time i thought i would post up a pic of my father-in-law just to see what you think.

Who took the pic and with what? I like it.

As for the "new" 400D, be aware that this model is prone to underexposing. I have had one since they came out, it underexposes but I still love it :D

Hi Scrumpy

I took the photo on a Panasonic TZ6 which is superb for a compact but not up to what i want to do.

I will bare the underexposing in the 400d in mind!
