I keep telling her I'm quite happy to do nothing, but that's not going to fly. We'll take a day trip somewhere tomorrow, I guess.

Imagine my embarassment had I missed this event. It's not just anybody who celebrates bdays five times a year. And there are threads to prove it.

Hey, PEKKA, surely Tom is eligible for POTN pension benefits by now. I hear he can use the dough. He hasn't gotten the 800mm yet, something about haze in the air caused him to sell the 600. ;)

Of course, he'll then need a Hummer to serve as a tripod, to both mount it on and lug it around. So I plan on following him around once he gets it. You know his reputation for losing tripods!

No. I'm starting to save for next year's candles and a fire extinguisher. Getting older seems to carry a certain fire hazard with it.

I've been into cycling and racing. Well, until I busted my knee in a silly full contact 4th July volleyball game. Family is great, boys growing up - http://www.flickr.com/photos/icantor/
