well,i just got this lens last week and just geting the hang of the push pull zoom,that was one of the things that was putting me of buying one.but after using it i am getting to realy like the push pull as it seem a bit quiker.heres some shots i took in miami last week.the planes were shot at 100mm and the pelican 400mm non have been sharpend in any way.

Congrats on your new lens, Malla! Now, neither mechanical birds(planes) nor real birds can escape from your lens. ;)

Nice lens and nice shots. You can even see #1's exhaust over #4 (or is that shock condensation?).

Nice pictures. Pretty close up too!

At the fort lauderdale airshow a few years ago.... After the blue angles passed by in formation like 10 pelicans flew by in the same exact formation. It was the funniest thing ever because everyone started clapping for the pelicans. I didn't have my camera :(

Nice captures! Looks like that lens works great and you know how to use it. Size your pics down and they'll be easier to view.
