Hello,
I lost the Cd to my camera, and now I have no idea how to download my pictures from my camera to my PC.


Can anyone give me help with this? As you can tell I am not real big on alll this stuff.

PC as in "Windows"? The easy way is to get a card reader and just drag the files from the card to your hard disk using "My Computer". You could also plug the camera in just as you would have with Canon's software and transfer the files using Microsoft's Camera Wizard.

no worries at all u can easily download the programs from the canon website even if u have lost the CD...

I don't think you can download Canon software from the site. The files listed are only software updates.

seems like it will work read the product description

"ZoomBrowser EX 6.2.1c Updater is software that will install ZoomBrowser EX 6.2.1c on your computer or update a previously installed version of ZoomBrowser EX to ZoomBrowser EX 6.2.1c.
It is necessary to update your software that the previous version has been already installed on your computer."

to TS no harm trying and see if it'll work rather than assume it doesn't n not trying...

With my SX10 IS I didn't use the included software CD straight away, I downloaded the latest version same wording but I had to use the CD to install the old version and then I could use the latest update to update.
So not sure why it says about it will install or update. The fact it's only called an updater had me thinking that's all it would do and for me at least that's all it would do.

*EDIT*
I seem to of found what you can do to get it to install.
Download this old 2.2 version http://www.foto-freeware.de/zoombrowser.php install it now after that you can download the update and install it :)
