Nice shot. Too much water at the bottom though. Would be much better as a panorama type shot if you cut most of the water out and a lil bit of sky.

Awesome shot and great composition. However, the area on Telegraph Hill and the buildings in the distant skyline seem to not have enough black in them and are somewhat desaturated. You don't have "Image editing Ok" in your profile, so I'll refrain from posting my interpretaion...
