Last month I attended the Hargis / Grubba Interior Lighting program. Learned quite a bit -- here is my first effort.

Lighting setup:

1) On camera fired behind me at 1/8th power into white door. This light illuminated the front of the bed and the night table.

2) Camera right on light stand fired at 24mm at 1/8 power into soffet at ceiling. This provided general illumination

3) Camera left on light stand directly into wall at 24mm and 1/32 power. Fill light and knocked down shadows.

4) Camera right in next to red chair, fired at 1/64th power in Lumiquest softbox from floor to provide fill in front of bed.

So, Help me to understand what you did to achieve this lighting.
I am not able to make sense of your four steps listed above.
Did you leave the camera on a tripod, on "bulb", and move about, firing the strobe to illuminate things from the locations listed?

Sorry about that.

There are four lights total, fired via radiopoppers. Exposure was 1/200th of a sec, f/6.3, iso 400.

Nice image. I'm a big fan of Scott Hargis. I just happen to stumble upon this thread. Good work!
