Flash bracket reccomendations

I shoot with a 40D with grip. I am purchasing the 580EX II flash soon but need your advice on which flash bracket to get. I asked a similar question in the lighting section but I think I wasnt clear enough.

I want the bracket for some night time sports and indoor events like a wedding for example. I also will be using it for some portraits for fill. No off camera stuff yet.

Hate to do this to you, but there are tons of 'what flash bracket' discussions. Search 'flash bracket' and come back with specific questions if you need. You might want to state how much money you have...$100 or, or $200, or $300.
