View Full Version : CR2 Raw in Bridge

Hey... My digital rebel XT raw cr2 files show no thumbnail in Adobe Bridge. Anybody know whats wrong? I downloaded the Camera Raw 3.1 update, but still not working. Any thoughts?

what did you do with the ACR 3.1 update after you downloaded it?

I placed it in the photoshop CS2 plugin/file formats dir.

Did you move the downloaded ZIP file into this directory or did you unzip the file first and then move the Camera Raw.8BI file inito the directory?

Sorry if I'm asking what might be obvious questions but I just want to make sure I understand exactly what you did.

Er... I mean the common files/CS/File Formats folder...
BTW, the plug-in is supposed to go into the CS2\File Formats folder, not the one for CS. :)

Hey... thanks for your trouble, Leo, but I seemed to have gotten it working. I just had to open one CR2 file from the bridge, and suddenly they all started working. Weird. Thanks again.

Darn, I have the same problem. Mine isn't fixing itself like bcaloia, though.

Any other ideas?
