I have replaced my 30 with a 60 and YUCK. I am having a night mair of a color problem. I set the manual WB and it comes out blue. I use auto and it is Bright orange. With a manuel WB setting my subject in the house is fair, at best, and the street outside is BBBBRIGHT blue. My 30 had great auto WB. I never had to change it in a year of shooting. I don't think this is normal. Do you?

This was one of the faults with one of 2 D60s. Not only was the WB unaccurate but a lot of the indoor pics were muddy...my wifes Finepix 2800 gets better indoor pics than my D60 got and that saying something...take it back, if you can and get a swap..,.check No.2 out in the shop.
As an aside I found it rather sad that you could not preview your shots like you can with domestic cameras, I realise it's the mirror but there must be a way round this..preview would stop WB problems happening.

Ok, guess I will just throw it away then. It would cost me alot to ship it to you from the UK so I will just drop it of my balcony. By the way Gen, I have a spare cf card now and need my house painted. What d' Ya' say?
