They're cool! I'd probably crop them down more, and fill more of the frame with the interesting part of the picture, especially for the first one.

only thing I would do is pump up the contrast just a little bit just to make the colors pop a bit more.

Nice shots. Usually, when something is moving, you want it to move into the pic instead of out of it. Maybe a vertical crop to show the height & still get a tighter view of the bike?

I would try to recrop as well - a more virtical crop with the bike and rider in the top 2/3rds in the first emphasizing hight, and try cropping off some of the back on the second giving it the impression the bike is moving to the left. With that said - the second especially is well worth the time to perfect - nice motion from the pan. And if you do go for more contrast be carefully not to over do it so that you loose detail in the darker areas. If you can get your rider to wear a colored jersey next time, he would also pop more - now he blends a little with the background. Keep it up.. cool subject.

great panning on the second photo, it really gives it a feel for the movment of the rider.
