Hey everyone, haven't posted in a long while but I am back with a Canon 450D at hand. The other day I took a few pictures and then edited them via CS2 and would like some constructive C&C please :) I saved these as JPG since im still unfamiliar with RAW format.

The first two shots seem to have a lot of out of focus material - hurts my eyes.

The processing just juiced up the colors.

the first leaves me wondering what the subject matter is? the second was underexposed in camera ,nice job on the post, but again what in particular was your main subject? maybe a different angle would have worked better. hope this helps

the alley shot i didn't realize it gave me a shallow DOF til i checked the full size on the computer.

the road shot, i kinda like how it looks more vibrant and a bit sharper.

well i just picked up my first SLR and picked these two shots to edit hoping to make them look interesting.
