I happened to score two photo passes for Warped Tour on July 31st at Comerica Park with a local website. Went with my 11-16mm f/2.8, 18-50mm f/2.8, 50-150mm f/2.8, and 70-200mm f/4, and brought along one of my friends (another photographer, worked out perfect). The UWA and my canon L were mounted the majority of the day.. regret hauling around the other two. I managed to snap shots of 37 of the groups that played (most I've ever shot in a day). Between the two of us, I think we covered just about every single band on the tour.

Anyways, here's a few. Straight out of the camera, no PP other than the watermark. Black Tide's drummer, Anti-Flag bass player jump (thanks robertn for correction), Saosin lead singer silhouetted, Bouncing Souls singer with crowd, The AKAs lead singer jumping.

Drummer shot doesn't do much for me.
Others are very nice.

last shot is a real money shot. the bass shot is technically great but just lacking in emotion and power vs. other jump shots I've seen [not a fault of the photog]. The others don't really do anything for me

I like all of them except 1. Excellent job, I wish I could have made warped tour this year.
