Ixus700 video

Im pretty sure that I am on the wrong forum, but its worth a try. I recently purchased an ixus700, which I am more than happy with. My issue is that when I record video on the fast frame, download to my computer and try to view, the video is slow, frame by frame stuff. I am a novice with computers but I think that it is a ram problem but im not really sure. I dont have 256 of ram, which is required for this camera. Is it likely that an increase in ram will fix my problem or not. Any help would be much appreciated. THanks

It is probably due to a combination of low RAM on your computer and a subpar video card (or not enough RAM on your video card).

What is your computer's processor, and what OS are you running (also what version of media viewer are you using to see the movies on the computer)? All of these can have an impact.
