Here are some sneak peaks from this past weekend's e-session & wedding we did. I'd be happy to get any constructive criticism as I am always trying to better my craft. More will be up on the Blog (http://5th-streetphoto.blogspot.com/) in the coming days.

Saturday's Wedding: Brian & Mary-Bridget:
Camera's used: 5d2, 20d, even the xti
Lens used: 50/1.4, 24-105L, tamron 17-55/2.8

1. My attempt at a toogy-style shot.

Friday's E-Session: Michael & Lynn
Camera's used: 5d2
Lens used: 50/1.4, 24-105L

2. Both come from MN and this was their 1st time in Madison, WI - so we had to get a capital shot in - as everyone does it.

3. My 1st IPhone attempt. I should have taken it earlier in better light. Best way I could get this to work was to bw/color mix the shot.

4. Spontaneous shot of 15mo old daughter who was along for the photo shoot, getting a late night meal.

Nice. I didn't know there was a Sonic in Madison.

#1 - just a few quick things - I wish the dress wasn't cut off at the bottom. Also, it seems like there is just enough of the barn cut off that it should all be there (did that make sense)?

Otherwise, a very nice series.

Thanks!

yonders - thanks!

du8die - Thanks for the feedback. I will look for another shot where I am pulled back a bit and it shows the brides dress and entire barn. And if I can't find one, I'll try convincing the wife I need a wider lens! :)

And yes, Madison got our Sonic about 6 months ago, located in Middleton (suburb).

Loving the vibrant colors of the images...especially 1-3 on the wedding and 1 on the e-session...
Fun photos!

I love the bouquet shot -- I have been meaning to do one of these but I am yet to come across a beautiful, colorful bouquet that warrants it (We're in Winter here, so they've been pretty drab!)

The engagement shots are very cute. It looks like a couple stepping out of their shells a little -- Which is great. And I bet they love em' even more for the same reason.

Nice, fun set - Phamster summed it up well.

Thanks for sharing!
