Snapped these pics at a fire in my home town last night, it was towards the end of the fire. They are all hand held at ISO1600.

Very impressive shots technically, sharp, colourful and plenty of detail.
Lighting is excellent, nothing is too dark or too light.

Nice action shots. Seems like a nasty fire, whats the score with taking shots in this type of situation. Do people mind?

as there is a red x at the very top of the post I wondered is there a picture missing ?

You know I know it's been said already but just in case you missed the others....Man those pics are extremely clear and perfect quality. With my D60 I wouldn't even think about using the 1000 iso setting on this cam, there would be too much noise. But from what I seen with the 20D's they handle right up to 3200 very clearly. nice work!

I did run them through Neat Image to reduce some noise, and also un-sharp mask, that is all.
