Here is a shot I caught of my grandson reading a book. I thought it was an interesting scene.

I would appreciate comments about how to improve the shot. I just walked up on him and shot this with my 40D with 28-135mm, everthing in auto.

With my tri-focals I have found the auto eye to be better than mine for now.

Good Photo. I would have focused on the young man's eyes.

+1 on what Edbee stated. Great photo. Good exposure and crop, too. Interesting--the dog really adds to the shot. Focus should have been squarely on the eyes of the reader.
