Great background and shot but they are definitely under exposed. it looks like you are using an off camera strobe to the cameras right. Bump that light up more and perhaps another to the left to fill the shadows on his face and I would say your golden :) Awesome sunset!

Correct flash was camera right just got my hands on some wireless flash PT-04's and couldn't wait to try em out!!
