What's the easiest way to figure out the what your price for your photo is to a newspaper. For one time use.

like whats the average rate for 1/4th photo color above the fold on the front page
with 5000 readers on the low end.

I agree. Every newspaper that I've ever dealt with has told me their price and that was it.
