Very pretty, & the light on the body looks great! the owner was 2 hours late The H with him. Tell him take it or leave it? Or pay for another shoot.

Right, not only we want more pics, but it would be interesting to get details on how you're taking so great shots.

Thanks

he turned up at 7 and the sun set at 7.40, not good with a black car! No, no, no, no, NO! At that time of the year, 7 would be about the time that I'd start with a few "safety shots". Then I'd shoot 'till at least 8. It was well after sunset when I shot these:

'50 Merc Sedan (http://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=44795)

'40 Ford Deluxe Coupe - "TAPDOUT" (http://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=47414)

So especially if you're rig shots where you want a long shutter speed, later is better.

I wanted to start at 5 because I can get my rig shots done between then and 630 say.
I was having problems focussing with my xsi and 100 lens. I switched it to manual and then had a hard time focussing through the viewfinder and lcd screen as it was so dark.

Usually I can shoot until 830 an hour after its dark, but as the car was all black, black wheels black windows and lights etc it was difficukt

OK, I wasn't thinking about the setup time.
I'll grant you the extra setup time if you'll grant me that what you got looks very good? ;)
