Spyder 3 Pro 3.1 Software

Hi, has anyone had any problems installing the latest version of the Spyder software 3.1 Pro.

It isn't accepting all all the numbers for the serial. Any ideas?

It preloaded my current serial number in the appropriate box. Didn't have to enter it manually.

Until I read your post I didn't know there was an upgrade. Thanks.

I had to enter my serial again but had no problem.
