Wondering if anyone has been in a similar situation:
I bought the Kata DR-467 earlier this year. At the time, I didn't own my own 70-200. This fall I will be going to college and have since bought my own 70-200 f/2.8.
While I could fit my gear in the 467, It would be a bit cramped. I need a bag that will let me carry a.) gripped 40D, b.) Macbook 15.4" c.) 70-200 d.) space for my 50mm. I could carry my textbooks, but if there is such a bag that would be able to hold a book or 2, that'd be a bonus.
I guess I'm probably demanding a lot. But, if I had to I could simply get an pure dSLR bag and use my Tucano skin for transporting my Macbook.
I'm considering upgrading to a Tamrac Expedition or Adventure series. Obviously I don't want something too big. I like the size of the 467 and if I had to, I could store the 70-200 in the top compartment. Either way, I'd prefer to stay with Kata, as I like the brand, but wouldn't mind switching if Kata doesn't have anything to suit me. I'm looking at their website now, but if anyone has some 1st hand experience, please share.
Thanks,
DANNY
