Went over to the raptor center today and got a few good shots.

Gotta get the rest cropped and uploaded. I am definitely going back there again, but I am not going to waste time trying to shoot through the cages, I'll just go for the exhibit out in the open like these guys were.

Very nice images...my son is 3 yrs old and looking along with me here and loves the owl. I personally think you should try to shoot through the cages or see if you can find any perched on some natural materials. The turf distracts me, but the comp. is nice. But I'm just a goober newbie, don't know anything other than...well nothing. But hopefully I'm learning!

I shot through the cages when I could, but most of them weren't good enough to save. I need to go later or earlier in the day to limit the light reflecting from the cage wire.
