I was thinking of buying this telescope
http://www.skywatchertelescope.net/swtinc/product.php?id=29&class1=1&class2=101

and attaching to my Canon 20d to take photos of moon and stars was wondering if any other eqiupement is needed other than attachment for Dslr to telescope and what you think of this particular telescope and if you can recommend others for a beginner like me or should I just save more and get a bigger Canon lens as the the moment I only have a 70-200mm F2.8 plus 1.4x converter.

seens like a nice scope, similar to my Guide scope.

To take pictures of the moon, this will work ok (ish) not really designed for it. Probably best using a web cam instead of a DSLR to take AVI's and use Registax to take best frames to build the image. For the moon and dslr with this scope, then use very low shutter speeds.

To attach dlsr, you will need a T Adapter to connect the bayonet from DSLR to the scope and camera attachment they supply.

Then you will need to mount the scope. Normal tripods will not work.

If you can afford, get a HEQ5 or 6 mount that give auto tracking and Goto computer guiding. You will need this to track stars overwise anything over 5 seconds will have star trails.
