Hi all, Yesterday, I had a nice surprise whilst working on the Buccaneer at Kemble Airfield (EGBP), U.K.
With the generator running a drill/wire wheel in the nacelle of the Buccaneer, I had the ear defenders on so couldn't hear a thing. I don't know why but I looked behind myself to see the something strange in the circuit. Without my glasses on, I jumped out and picked up my specs. It's only the bloomin' Vulcan
In double quick time, the genny was turned off, I'd ran the 50yards to the car, camera gear out and run into the clear area next to the pan. All the while thinking...Please come around again?!
Little did I know she was doing a full display practice
Anyhow, sorry for the long story, but it was the first time I've seen the Vulcan in more than rubbish conditions so I was just an incy wincy bit excited. On with the show.

You can see just how good the visibility was today as the skydivers in the background would have been going into South Cerney....6miles away
