I have a Manfrotto 685B Neotech Monopod + 3229 Swivel Tilt Head, but recently bought a Benro MC-66 carbon fibre monopod. I want to transfer the swivel head to the Benro monopod and sell the 685B. There's a thread adapter that I'm pretty sure came with the swivel head because the monopod threads are smaller than what the swivel head accepts. Pretty sure the adapter came with the head, not the 685.
The Benro also has the smaller thread so need this adapter to put the old head on the new monopod.
Anyway, the adapter on the 685 is well and truly stuck and I simply can't get it off without stuffing the thread. Considering it might be just easier to buy a new one.
What the heck are they called and where do I get one? :)

No, haven't tried that - but will when I get home!

Dan, thanks mate! It worked, you can flip the screw and it's the right size. Cheers!
