I took this shot early one morning last fall. Loved the shot, but never quite satisfied! I finally converted to B&W. Let me know what you think.

I like it. I has a "Depression-era" desolate quality.

Black and White works for me. I like it. Looks like Kansas and a storm brewing. I can hear the music from the wizard of Oz now LOL

I like the shot , but two things bother me.
Is it on an incline or do you need to straighten the shot.
Secondly I think it deserves a better sky, some clouds with a bit of contrast.
That said, the tree on the right is a bit of a bugger.
I do like the overall composition.

Thanks everyone!
lomond, the house sits on a small rise, but I may have it tilted somewhat. I shot this at three different angels, it was only a straight on view where I didn't a view of the pine tree! Any thoughts on how to deal with it?

I actually like the sky as it is darker on the horizon and becomes lighter toward the top of the picture. It seems to make it look as if a storm is approaching. I'm not sure about the tree--maybe it should be cloned out of there. Composition good IMO. Thanks for posting!
