On average what size should most photos be with the 20D in Raw mode?

Mine are all right around 7 to 8 MB.

The very biggest I can find is 10.5MB, but most are in the range 7-8MB. Curious. I notice the image has a lot of fine leafy detail. The separate JPEG is also very big - 5.8MB (I was shooting RAW + Large JPG that day). Perhaps this RAW is exceptionally large because the embedded JPEG is big.
