The BBC article I found on Giancarlo Neri (the artist), only lists the two exhibition locations as Hampstead Heath and Parliament Hill (and Rome - and I'm guessing this isn't Rome ;))

No I've never been there, but Tom's suggestion of Hawaii looked about right, and I vaguely remember having seen it when searching for one of the previous waterfalls WAINs. As you said yourself earlier, Google did the rest!
