This is the only saver (and even so it is nothing to crow about) of about 20 shots of these awesome birds. The wire from the cage, the shadows and light.... I need to pick a better time of day to go.

In my always wildly humble opinion, it's absolutely impossible to take a poor photograph of an American Bald Eagle. To me, they're simply the most majestic animal on the planet, and that transcends any other "issues" that a shot might have...
