self portraits?

I decided to try taking a few pics of myself, so I slapped on my most emo face and went at it.

I'm also cutting all my hair off tomorrow, so I wanted to document it also :P

Any help would be appreciated. I like making blk & whites and I'd like to improve.

Very nice compositions #1, #2. #3 is fine too.

The arm on left side could be printed down a bit and the face equalized a bit.

Consider playing with cropping for the extraneous bits in the far edges

Yep. #1 and 2 are definitely EMO. Suggest sending them to a band for their CD cover. However, I think you need more room under your chin on #2.

For #3, I suggest flipping the image so that one can read the "Canon".
