I liked the elder couple staying in the sun on a sunday afternoon... I did NOT liket it in color, so I gave a try to BW and It seemed better. As usual, critics are welcome. I know, there is a little overexposure here and there :D

I like it. The thing about a good B&W photo like this is that it has a timeless, international feel to it. That shot could have been taken any time in the last 50 years, in any city in the western world.

Thanks. I feel the same. In this particular case, it can be localized because if you see the bigger picture the round ensign beneath the seat has clearly visible S.P.Q.R. (Senatus Popolus Que Romanus) lettering. That clearly states the pic has been taken in Rome :D

What really makes this image is that the woman has her shoes off as well as the hanky on her head! :-)

Rob, what software are you using to put the photo exif information around the picture? Really adds to the picture when you know what the parameters were for the shot.

I have found a thread here in POTN (where else ? :D) about this javascript to be used as a PS script. And it works fine..

Here is the thread

And now that I think about it, I never thanked Toddb for the hint. Will do it right now.

My thoughts exactly. Both are old world habits I'll bet. And the serious looks indicates they are in deep thought and conversation about something very important in their lives....

Nice catch.
