I asked in recent threads about getting a lens. Forget about it. Ive been told by many to keep my kit lens and get better lighting. (You guys see what i shoot)

Well i got like $200 to spend..I was told to get some Cactus Wireless Flash Trigger Set V4 which i found for $39.99
I already got a 430ex

I found this light. Its no Alien Bee but do you think it'll work?
For $100 and it comes with a Umbrella reflector.

Yes. This is a strobe light. This will work better than the other continuos light, for your budget, but they are not the best light.
But they will work with your Cactus v4 too..

But checkout the Flashpoint Strobe Lights at http://www.adorama.com/SearchSite/Default.aspx?searchinfo=flashpoint%20monolight for better lights with same price.
If you can also raise your budget a little, then you can look for the Calumet Genesis 200 kit at http://www.calumetphoto.com/ctl?ac.ui.pn=search.Search&query=genesis%20200%20lights

Hi,
I had a pair of the Britek HS2000's several years ago. While they weren't bad they also weren't the greatest. The main problem I had is they were slow to recycle and if you didn't give them a second or two more over that, the next shot was 50/50 at under exposing. Not very consistent at all. If I took my time I could work with them but still got the under exposed shot more than I liked.

Not sure about the model your asking about and remember mine were bought several years ago so maybe the newer lights are better. Honestly, I couldn't wait to upgrade to better lights but if that's all I had I could use them.

Not sure about the Genesis prices but they come highly recommended here. I think you could pick up one of their one light kits for not to much more. I haven't used them but having used Britek, I would look at something else if it was possible.

Those are not the best lights to buy. I've seen them on local craigslist $40 for two lights kit with umbrellas and stands. You will be much happier with a Calumet Genesis 200 set, that is not that more expensive but put you in a completely different category.
Just compare the back panels to see what I mean:
