How do you turn on the 'center point' focus???

I'm borrowing a 10D from a friend and so far every time I go to focus it grabs something other than my subject! I've messed with it but can't seem to find where to switch this up.

Ah RTFM, amazing how useful those things can be ;)

Sometimes it is quicker just to ask, and you would have got an answer shortly!

Well, I waited around for about a half an hour before I finally went after the manual, but I never got a response! Oh well. That's my luck for sure! The one time I post something, all the experts are at lunch!
