My first thought is that there isn't one main subject, my eye doesn't really know where to go.

Interesting shot.

I'd say don't take it because it's boring and no good subject. A bunch of used glasses and some cigs on a table. Uninteresting.

Somewhat un-interesting simply because there isn't one main subject as the others have said and also because it really doesn't tell the story that you did. You want the photo to be able to let people wonder and build the story themself. My idea would have been to tip a few of the cups over to paint that picture of the story you told. I would definately say keep working at it because you have potential.

I will join the chorus... not interesting. What are you trying to tell?

I always find that there's a 95% chance that if a subject is boring, you can always make it interesting by changing up your angle or playing with the set up of the shot.

if you find yourself in a situation where you think its boring, try moving around a bit, sitting in one place will always result in the picture being the same. Take a different seat, angle the camera, focus closer, etc.

The best way to make good pictures is to play around and see what looks best to you.

This is just my opinion, I am in no way a professional photographer, but it works for me.
