Nice work - really like the "signpost and bus" the whole image suggests the "Hustle and Bustle" of a busy city! Well done

Good shots, my only criticism is with the first pic would be the other signs showing in the bottom right of the shot, if you cropped these out, i think the shot would be more effective.

I really like the first one :) The second looks like Big Ben...

Nice execution on both - the first is the one that stands out as being above the ordinary.

i did some work on the first in photoshop, and i think i realized something about this shot. it is too centered. Dont get me wrong i love the shot, but it would have been a little more interesting if it were off centered a bit. i tried cropping the signs out and it made it even more centered so i dont think i like it as much as the original. plus the signs adds more of that hustle and bustle city feeling. i did bump up the colors a bit to give it some more punch. let me know if it works.

Cropped image of the sign definately works better.

I think the "Big Ben" shot works well.

I like the centred crop, but that's just my opinion :D.

Thanks for all the excellent comments!! I will probably fuss around with the cropping when and if I decide to frame it...I'm mixed on the extra signs to be honest...part of me enjoys them cause they were there in real life and I get attached hahaha...I get too emotionally attached to my photos when it comes time to fix them...I start enjoying the oddities, hahaha.

thanks again!

Kristy :)

I enjoy both shots. Yes the 1st may not be compositionally perfect, but the timing is good with the moving bus. It gives the feeling of being lost and confused in the comotion of London. Traffic moving hurriedly along while we look at the directions for answers...
