A big rock, a blue popsicle and a bit of shade.... what could be better on a warm spring afternoon? I love this quiet moment of my grandson & his treat.

The bruises are part of the story...he is an energetic 2 year who loves to tunble with the dogs, ride his bike and climb all the big yard rocks in the yard and jump off. He tells me he is a jumping bean and he crawls all over the floor playing with his Thomas the Train set . They also make a good counting lesson at the end of each day and he easily makes it to 20. Toddler time definitely has built in teachers because this kid knows his colors, numbers, shapes and right & left and tells us which way to drive.

I thought so too. Plus it is hard to keep a 2 1/2 year old still for much time. Just got a lucky moment for this one.

I haven't been on the forum long, but have noticed you are a very busy bee.

Nice shot.

Nice picture, Maureen... it's been a long time since I've had a blue popsicle, so it takes me back. Where do you suppose he got that red hair? :D

Hawaii is still a few weeks away.... June 19th. Our daughter is getting married June 4th and once that is over, I can concentrate on vacationing. Sadly, I am leaving Skip at home......
