I need help finding a solution. My pictures look so much better on my screen than they do when I print them out. I can actually see definition on the screen but when I print it out it seems to be more flat than 3D. Could it be my monitor or color settings? I have the Epson R320 and love the quality it puts out. But I still have this little problem. Any info would help. Thanks.

It has probably something to do with calibration. It's hard to calibrate devices to work together and it's even harder to calibrate RGB devices (ok it's impossible to calibrate them completely but still...). Obviously you have your monitor set one way (so that it looks good for you) but printer is not set this way. Try to print some test sheets (you can find bunch of sample calibration targets on web) and try to play a bit with settings of monitor so your picture on monitor would look kinda like printed one, since I don't think you would have any of calibration machines available :)
PS: This calibration will be fine for your current printer and current ink set. When you change it you will need to do it again if you want to have as good as possible quality.

I suggest you start with a standard test image from here:
