Good spray - transparent. Has drama and power of the ocean overtones.
Is that your fishing rod?
What shutter/iso speeds etc? I know its a long f number already because of the spots... you need a sensor clean just like I do....

An interesting project for POTN members in the future would be to post pics of the sun as it goes by - 24 hr surveilance cam! On POTN I have seen sunset pics from California - its the same Pacific ocean. We could clock the postings. And vote for the "Pic of The Day" literally.
Hmmm... here is a recent happysnap of mine for all those Pacific Ocean fans in Nottingham:

Do it mate.....the hardest part is getting up but once there the raw beauty and power of the location just takes over.

Same model here. What have you got to use for the sensor clean? And which brand of plastic bag? I heard good reviews of the ones with a red stripe... oh never mind. I'm too tired.
And welcome to the POTN.
We should try that "Round the World thing. Would have to be on a weekend...

The Gap... brave of you. I'd be worried about a gust (or a ghost) pulling me over. vertigo... anyway, time for some sleep. I'll look out for you and more oceanscapes.
Cheers.

Thats a nice scene mate, i would like to try that one.
I would shoot that again and bracket your shots. Merging one exposed for the town and the sea would look great.

Great looking shots flapsmcgee.
I'm from Clovelly, England and was in Clovelly, Sydney a few months ago. It didn't look quite as dramatic as your shots in the harsh light of day. I wish I'd had more time to get some great shots like yours.
Always good to see shots of such a great named place haha
