I've had this camera for two months and have taken some wonderful pictures, especially outdoors. Two different videos that I've taken indoors in lower light (set on Auto), the focus goes in and out on a cycle basis--very annoying. Is there a setting I can use to avoid this?
I figured out my problem: The manual states you can take video on any setting (as I remember anyhow). In auto mode, under lower light conditions, it refocuses and goes in and out in regular intervals. In another trial, I just set the camera to the movie setting and it low light, the focus stayed just fine.
