Been looking at getting a 105mm B+W CPL to go on the front of a lee digital starter kit holder. Hopefully minimise some of the vignetting at 10mm and also make rotating the CPL easier.

I see there is a ring to screw on the front of the holder, that you attach your cpl to.

My question is do you need to get screws to fit it on or do they come with it? The starter kit doesn't have the number of filter holders that the foundation kit does (2 as opposed to ?4).

On a side note I see that the B+W Kaesemann is sealed as opposed to the ordinary B+W MRC does it have any other benefits? Sealing won't work if it's screwed onto a Lee holder.....

Cheers in advance for any advice/help.

The front thread adapter ring does not come with screws; you use those that come with the holder (additional screw sets are very inexpensive).

I believe the only benefit of the B+W Kaeseman version is the weather sealing.

The sealing has nothing to do with the filter holder. Kaesemann-style filters are sealed to prevent moisture from working its way in between the glass filter sandwich.
