This is the Metropolitan building, one of the taller buildings in Japan. This is where most of the city government offices are, and the center of sea of dark suited business men. We were standing in Shinjuku Central Park when I took this shot.
Comments/suggestions very much welcome.

Oh the last one is PERFECT imho! There's still some light in the sky, beautiful color combination. Were these taken by the magnificent Sigma 18-125?

Great job Raj! I think the best night shots are those which are taken with some remaining color in the sky like the last three you posted here. The first is a bit too black for my taste, but others may disagree...

Yep skade :-) I had to lie down on road (below camera & tripod legs) to get #2

Thanks rss. I absolutely agree with you. Problem is that there is very short interval between sunset & complete darkness & one has to be either real quick with the pics or return few times to get a complete set.
I will be shooting this building again someday :-)

Yup, I have been to the observatory deck a few times. On a clear day you can even see Mount Fuji from Ob. deck :-)
