Local Contrast Enhancement in C1?

I like to do this in PSCS2 as it gives a nice effect but with a lot of my shots its the only thing i need PSCS2 for and was wondering if i can get the same effect in C1 without having to open PSCS2.

I'd be tempted to make 2 conversions & blend them in PS.

Thanks for the reply. the thing is if i have to open PS to do this i might as well just use the USM anyway. im looking to bypass PS
