I have now read the -=Top Ten=- Recommended lens section. READ FIRST (http://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=56752) and associated links so have my answer now. Sorry for not doing this first.....excitement at my impending purchase got the better of me!!!
I am about to buy a 20D. My main subject is landscape. The qusestion is which lens do I go with. Do I go with the kit lens (18-55 or 17-85) or should I buy a more expensive L lens, and if so, which? I guess I'm concerned with getting the kit lens and then buying a better lens later and never using the kit one again. Suggestions.....help!!! I don't mind spending the money so this really is a question of best product for job.
