My first visit to Cranleigh and wasn't expecting much as the adverts didn't make it look that good and the clouds were gathering in the sky.... how wrong I was.

Thousands of classics of which this is such a small selection. Forgive my ignorance as old age has got the better of me and I cannot remember the make and model of all of them.

1. A classic Italian body, so smooth

2. No idea what this is but a bit French looking !?!

3. No idea what this was but it was amazing - I WANT ONE....

4. One of a handful of Ford GT40's

5. Classic cars certainly put a smile on your face and I love this little Austin

6. A dreamy looking Jag

7. Need I say more....

8. Another favourite of mine

...and there were so many more like the Mk2 Tina which was my first car along with plenty of Mk1's.

Missing were any Lancia's or Ferrari's and I didn't see a Capri but all in all a fantastic show and will certainly be going again next year.

you can find out what cars are just by taking badge pictures ;) (unless of course, they are badgeless)

the GT40 and Cobra are replicas...

I went to that show too, but arrived quite late when they were queueing to get out, and I think this quite often gives the best photos at this location.

You can always find out the make by entering the UK (or Irish) registration on this site

https://www.cartell.ie/index.jsp

If you want the year, but know the make, you can use the DVLA site as well
http://www.taxdisc.direct.gov.uk/EvlPortalApp/index.jsp and choose vehicle enquiry

I liked the fact that three Panhards came along
