Went down to Oulton Park at the weekend to cover the Northern Sports & Saloons who were sharing the bill with the Classic Sports Car Club and the Jaguar Enthusiasts Club (and the Porsches that Ken has posted) here are a few shots of some of my favourite cars:lol:

All taken with the Canon 1DMKII and 100-400 lens

Great timing on #1 Ian. Really enjoy seeing the classic racers in action - the black E-Type looks the business, and the 'Inspector Morse' Jag is one of the best looking cars ever IMHO. The XJ in #4 is a big car to throw around the circuit.

The sun looks very harsh and bright in these shots, yet you've kept the highlights under control.

Great shots Ian. I know how difficult it is to catch some "flame" action.
Although I'm not sure the last one is a classic .... ;)

Totally agree with you about the MKII, a beautiful machine and put some of the others too shame;) also the sun was very harsh as the sunburn on the back of my neck testifies:cry:
