yay...i got a hoya "Haze UV(0) (HMC) Multi-Coated Glass Filter" to go with it for $30...opinions?

I find Hoya filters hard to clean so I ordered a B+W filter for my 70-200, haven't gotten it dirty yet so I don't know if it's easier to clean or not.
