Shot these at the Getty Museum yesterday .. C&C appreciated.

The hallway picture is nice, but it needs something to break the pattern of the light. Someone or something to draw the eye to.
The flower is very good, but it suffers from a similar problem. Needs something to pull your eye toward. Maybe if blood was dripping from one of the leafs.

Thank you for your C&C .. I disagree about the blood, but I get the idea.

Yeah the blood note wasn't a suggestion more of an idea what I meant with needs something "extra" I think you got what I meant though.

#2 is very beautiful and #1 I find intriguing, the patterns of light in the image. I hope you don't mind I wanted to offer another interpretation of #1 with a bent more to an industrial look. The layers are as follows:
layer3 - photofilter - warm 35
layer2 - black&white - tweaked for contrast and added texture in highlights
layer1 - cross process profile in curves
layer0 - base image sharpened and a touch of noise added
I did a slight lens correction as well.

Wow, I like your version too. I'm not very experienced with PP yet, so I did very minimal editing to the original. Thank you for the compliments about my shots -- nice to know that someone else appreciates them in their simplicity!
