the first time I tried the al servo on flying birds (with 20D and 100-400)

Wow, very nice. It appears that the 1st one is sharper the the 2nd one. BTW, I thought al servo is only for shooting with subjects moving toward or from you at a constant speed?

The first one is somewhat sharper than the 2nd but I like them both. Good work! Those are tough shots to get and you did well.
